Tennis Elbow
I have Tennis elbow from my job.(lifting kids in and out of wheel chairs) I have gone to therapy and had massage with very little relief It is hard for me to rest it because of my job. I wear a elbow strap. I really don’t want to have a cortazone shot is there any other alternitives?

can you please tell me if the cortazone shots that I received could effect the production of my milk or my baby
