The name says it all

I’ve been struggling with an incredibly sore right tricep for over two weeks. I think I may have hurt it initially lifting weights and then I tripped and put that arm out to break my fall. I haven’t noticed any bruising but it is incredibly point tender almost entirely along the muscle. I have stopped lifting my arms and haven’t done any swimming (I’m training for an Ironman triathalon) but I haven’t noticed any improvement. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do to hurry the healing process along????

    It’s worth a trip to your sports medicine doctor just to be sure this doesn’t get any worse. Two weeks is long enough to wait, go now! Good luck!
