Tibial Fracture
Hi, I fracture my tibia about 10 weeks ago, they pinned and screwed it, (no cast) it was a clean break in the middle of the tibia. I was just wondering what I could be doing to rehab it, so that I could be playing hockey sooner, I have just started to skate again.
