TINGLING TOES

I have been experiencing a tingling sensation 24/7 in the 2nd and 3rd toes on both feet for about 6 months.
History: I have been taking Sinemet, Comtan and Mirapex for Parkinson’s Disease.
Six months ago I developed Deep Vein Thrombosis in my left leg, which was accompanied by moderate edema (left side only).
I was subsequently put on Coumadin (11mg daily).
At about that time I experienced moderate edema in BOTH feet, accompanied by tinglng toes.
Two weeks ago I discontinued the Mirapex and the edema abated within four days, but the tingling toes persist.
I walk 2-4 miles 4x a week, wear very cushy sox and Nikes or Reeboks that are snug, but not excessively tight. I thought the tingling was caused by nerve compression associated with the edema because of the concurrent onset, but now I just don’t know.
Any ideas???

I could have a better idea if I examined your feet. You may want to see a podiatrist.
