To cheeks re acl reconstruction

Hi ya cheeks
thanks for getting back to me, when you say do alot of weights before my op how much is enough i do just over an hour a day at the gym can you advise me on what i should be doing. How does the quads look after the op??? cheers

    After surgery your muscle is just gone (not literally, but it looks and feels that way!). Your going to have a severe case of muscle atrophy. So the more weights you do prior helps in memory to build it back up again. An hour a day is great. Squats, 1 leg press, hamstring curls, calf raises, one leg balances and HIP EXTENSIONS. Work on your hips, the’ll become more weaker then you think. You should be able to get all this done within an hour! (is your surgeon taken your hamstring tendon?)
