toe pain

Excruciating pain, only at night, from toe located next to small toe on left foot. Slight swelling no redness on top of toe, hardly noticeable. At first the pain was intermittent but now almost every night after several hours of sleep.

: my husband has constant numbness in his right big toe. we recently seen the doctor and they said it could be because hes flat footed and is slightly over weight (5’9 235lbs). he subscribed him napoxin and it is not helping. can you help me figure why hes having this and what we should about it?

Pain from toe located next to small toe on left foot. Slight swelling no redness on top of toe, hardly noticeable. If I point my leg and toes straight ahead like a ballarena, it fells like someone grabbing the toe with a pair of pliers and stretching on it, it hurts like hell. Also top of right foot next to big toe, when I do the ballarena trick, feels like the ligaments are pulling in two, hurts like hell, also, seems numb in the same area of the top right foot.
