Toe tingling/itching

The inside tip of my second left toe has been waking me up at night with something that isn’t quite an itch, but more of a tingle.
I can ignore whatever it is more easily during the day, or it is milder then.
It doesn’t seem to be a fungal infection.
The toe has a bit of a callous because the big toe has a bunion and touches it a little.
I’ve been trying creams (sequentially moisturizing, cortisone, and fungal) with no effect.
Something to ignore for awhile longer to see if it disappears like it came, or worth seeing a doctor about?

The answer is- if it bothers you enough, you will probably get it seen about. Remember, to see is to know, not to see is to guess.
