toes and heel

Mostly on my right foot, my toes go numb when I’m at work, I work 12 hour shifts on my feet, wearing steel toe shoes. After about 6 hours, my heel is in pain. This also happens sometimes when I am not at work, but not as often. I don’t think its my shoes(steeltoe), because on my days off I wear other types. What could be causing this, a Piched nerve maybe?

It is possible that a nerve is involved. But it could be all the way from your back to your foot. I recommend you see a doctor for further evaluation.
