Top of foot numbness

I’ve had ACL reconstruction on my right knee 3 years ago. I play basketball once a week and have some knee pain afterwards. I usually ice my knees to help. I am currently experiencing numbness in the top of my right foot-on the right side of my foot, the pins & needles feeling when your foot falls asleep. See a doc?

The pain is probably cartilage damage from the reconstruction. The pins and needles is worrying. It’s probably best to get that checked out by a doctor. Although, whether it’s related to your reconstruction could depend on how long you’ve been getting it. Let me know how it goes, please.
