torn bicep

I was moving a couple appliances out of the back of my truck with a friend when I felt my left bicep rip and literally tear with great pain. My bicep has moved up towards my shoulderand there is a dimple/ or a sunken spot next to my elbow. The pain isn’t too bad right now, but there is anumbness around the whole area… What is the medical procedure to fix this? OUCH!!!!!!Tom sorry, I put in the wrong addy the first time…
