torn tendon
I saw my orthopaedic surgeon 2 weeks ago because my ankle had been hurting for 2 months.
It seemed there was more pain when I flex my toes and then when I would try and walk off a sidewalk my foot would almost give out on me and the pain was terrible.
The Dr. examined me, no x-rays or anything, and said I had likely torn a tendon from where he could see the pain, etc. He put me in a walking boot and gave me an anti-inflamatory-Mobic.
I cannot feel any difference and the pain is almost worse.
I can still move my ankle in this boot and it hurts terribly.
Do you think I should call them back or just wait 3 more weeks till my follow-up?
Any help will be appreciated.

Yes you should call. If they are not interested, then get another opinion. I probably would want a MRI to see the extent of the damage.
