torn tendon surgury
I hurt my right foot about 10 years ago and have ignored the pain and the reaccuring damage I have punished my poor foot with. Well, in the morning it will be opperated on. I don’t like Doctors or hospitals, I have no idea what they’re going to do to me. I also fear pain.
Im having major anxiety attacks. Is it as bad as all that, am I over reacting by being scared?

By the time you know it, the waiting will be over. I feel it is important for my patients to know the afterwards beforehand. I prepare them so they won’t have wild ideas that are counterproductive. Hang in there.
