Twisted Pelvis

I have read some of the sililiar posts. I was in a car crash – hit head on by a drunk driver.
I was twisted reaching back for kids when the impact occured and I have been diagonized by a Physical Therapist and a chiropractor as having a twisted pelvis and a “stuck sacrum”. Been in PT for 9 months now, exercises at home every day.
It has been adjusted into place at times with musccle strengh from PT and my body adjustment but stays only for a few hours.
Sometimes the pain is totally unbearable and I have to go to bed. Wondering too- does pain whipe you out? I could not stay awake this last episode when I was trying to watch my kids in bible quizzing and sparkarama(local church activities where I needed to sit on bleachers) I could not sit any longer, stand hurt.
My husband popped my back/pelvis a technigue we learned at PT= it cracks and pops a lot!! but you feel relief for a few minutes. DOES THIS GET BETTER????????????? thanks

I was recently diagnosed with a twisted sacrum as well. I have had this problem since I was 18, when I fell done some stairs. I am now 35, and this is the first time I have been properly diagnosed. I have been in and out of physical therapy for many years. The best I can say is that I have my good days and I have my bad days. Yes, when I have a bad day, I am wiped out. I also find that when I have my period it gets worse. I don’t know if there’s a cure. I hope so.
