Ulna Reduction and Wrist Dislocation
3 weeks ago I broke my ulna bone and dislocated my wrist, had a reduction with a titanium plate and 4 screws, 2 on each side of the break. The reduction resulted in the wrist relocating. Right now I’m in a splint with a thumbs up position. Is there any physical therapy I can be doing or is it to premature? What would they be doing for me if I was a pro athelete?
