I have a habit of wiggling my toes all day long. I do it unconciously and it’s not easy for me to stop. Is anybody here who does this, too? Can it be something like a movement disorder or ist it “normal”?

Wiggling toes? My kids call it “dancing toes”. I’ve had these dancing toes as long as I can remember – but it doesn’t bother me – only others who have to watch them. However I also have RLS -the symptoms started well over 3 years ago and I was diagnosed about a year ago. Maybe there’s a correlation between the wiggling – “dancing” toes and RLS?
