URGENT QUESTION

I’ve had two foot suregeries.
First to take out a bone chip that caused permanent damage to the subtalar joint.
My doctor said it used to be called a shepard’s fracture?
It took over a year to find the problem.
it was about the size of a walnut.
As that was healing I tore a ligament near the same spot.
I had surgery last July for that.
I’m still in almost constant pain and the ankle gives out a few time a week.
I can’t walk around a lot or I won’t be able to walk at all the next day.
Did it not heal right?
or is all of this cause by the damage to the joint which I’m told is non-fixable?Please help!

There is no way I can answer your question accurately without an exam and seeing your X-rays. I recommend you return to the doctor who did your surgery and get more information.
