I have notice that when I am out walking or if I am exercising, the bottom of my feet and my ankles hurt me so bad. Then the pain goes up to my leg. I have to sit down because it hurts so bad. Is there anything that I should try before I go to the doctor about it?

    Yesterday part of my daughter’s toe nail was torn off (1/4). I’m bathing it daily with soap and water and antiseptic, and covering with a light gauze dressing or plaster. But I’m wondering if there is anything I can do to protect the nail bed – or will the nail grow back normally even with part of the nail bed exposed and drying out? I’m putting calendula ointment on after the antiseptic.
