weak calf muscles
I am a 51 year old soccer player who has been playing soccer since high school. I play one game a week and for 3 weeks in a row I am pulling one or the other of my calf muscles. What exercises or stretches would help me to strengthen and quicken my recovery?
Would ultra-sound or electrical stimulation equipment help?
If so where could I buy this equipment?
