weird problem with arches
my feet are mostly flat and for most of my life I have had major foot pain in my arches.
When I stand or walk for even a short time no matter what the shoes no matter what the padding or arch supports at the base of my arches near my heel a large painful red bulge starts forming.you can see the veins bulging out too.and there is no pain in the rest of my foot at all althought if I stand on it for an hour or longer the rest of my foot other than the arch gets numb.
I have been a cna for almost a year and even if I just work 6 hours I cannot hardly walk when I get done with a shift so I have had to quit working.
I go home crying every day I work and I cannot work doubles. It takes several days of absolute minimal movement to get it to subside.
I have been to several foot doctors but they are at a loss and don’t know what to tell me.
I’ve been trying to find out for 8 years now.
If you can give me some insight it would be helpful.
