What next ?( long)

i have had an ongoing problem with my left sterno clavicular joint (as well as other joints) for the past 4 years. over a time span of several months, my sterno-clavicular joint, upon waking, became progressivley stiffer, inflammed and was often ‘semi-dislocated’ making a lot of grating and creeking noises. at the time it first started my main sports were rugby and judo supplemented with twice weekly weight-training(squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, calve raises, pull-ups, abs, rotator cuff work). at about the same time i started to notice a problem with my lower back, again in the left hand side located in the sacral joint. if i sat down and then stood up, or walked on the spot it cracked or jammed up until i walked a few paces on which it would release. i was at university at the time so i visited the local doctor for advice. i was advised to give up my main sports and to take up swimming (the problems were not even diagnosed nor was i given a physiotherapy referral). having very little money at the time i couldn’t afford private treatment so i cut my training to swimming only. the problems became so bad i left my course and returned home to try and recuperate. i visited my local doctor and after several visits had an appointment made to see a consultant rheumatologist. he diagnosed my ‘condition’ as fibromyalgia as blood tests showed no problems (no x-rays were taken). he then told me to return to training. i felt that the diagnosis was wrong so i returned to my doctor. after several visits (again) i was reffered to the practice physiotherapist who disagreed with the diagnosis and told me to ask my doctor for a refferal to an orthopaedic specialist. i was declined the request. after this i saved some money and and sought the opinions of some private physios who kept telling me to go back to my doctors for a bloody refferal to a specialist for further investigation. since then i have seen several different doctors with no luck and keep getting reffered back to them by any phsio i see. needless to say i am annoyed that i am no further forward than i was 4 years ago, i fact i am worse having developed two more funky problems. the first of these seems to be CMP, the second is a bit more disturbing. if i twist my upper body from the waist all of my ribs crack where they join the sternum, they then become sore. add to this dropping from being a 15 stone ball of muscle to a mighty 10 1/2 stone (as my back cannot take much weight now)you can imagine that i am not a happy camper. you’re probably wondering why i’ve wrote all of this? well, i have lost all faith in doctors, physios etc but have decided on one last attempt to get to the bottom of some of these problems. this is not a stupid request but can anyone recommend through personal experience a top rate private clinic in the north east of england who offer a wide range of services ( physios/sports medicine/refferals to consultants etc)without going through NHS channels) who would treat me like a professional athlete. price doesn’t bother me as i now have a job, yippeeeeee! any recommendations would be appreciated as i feel like a 24 year old pensioner, thanks.
