When Physical Therapy Doesn’t work

I keep getting placed in physical therapy for an overuse injury. When I exercise with weights, my muscles don’t warm up and my muscles never really get used to the weight. How am I supposed to increase weight when I’m like this? I suspect that I’m deficient in some enzyme. Furthermore, the overuse injury was restricted to my throwing arm, but the symptoms I described apply to my entire body. I don’t know why. I’m a 21 year old male who is in good standing health. I’ve been this way since high school. Can anyone relate?

I had shoulder surgery back in April and still in PT. Everything is ok so far, just that the therapist is having a problem getting my arm up my back to bath and to completely reach across my chest to bath my right underarm. The insurance company is planning to release me (been too long). What are some possible steps I could take next to continue therapy. I thought of a chiropractorr or Acupuncture. I’m not experiencing any pain; it’s just the stretch in these two areas. PLEASE HELP!
