I am recovering from a head injury.
I am RElearning how to walk!
I was stepping up onto a curb,when I fell!
I broke my wrist!!!!!!!!
I have a cast, but NOW my elbow hurts!Also,is my computer activity bad for my recovery?

Hi my elbow hurts just went I touch it or wen I do tricep extentions and push downs can you tel me what kind of exercises to do to cure it. Thanks in advance. Tony (:>)

I am 40, I have not injured my elbow but it started aching about 2 months ago. It just keeps getting worse. I can’t lift and now it is getting worse to even bend it. It feels like maybe it is on the outer part of the joint

i use a brace for elbow but when I’m done work I can’t even lift my arm up .the pain is unbearable ,and when not working my elbow just starts throbbing like its going to break
