winging shoulder

I work out with weights five days a week. Due to an injury, I was using bad form on several exercises during the healing process. Unfortunately this has caused a winging in my left shoulder.Anyone have any ideas how I can correct this problem? Thanks

A winging of a scapula, or shoulder blade, is indicitive of a weakened or damaged muscle or maybe even nerve damage. Do you know which it might be? If it’s nerve damage your most likely stuck with it, but if it’s muscle weakness you have some hope. If it’s weakness activities like rows really isolating scapular squeezes could help. Also lying on a ball on your bell and lifting a light weight to start with your elbow straight, out at your side and lift to body height..that should at least get you started
