wrist injury
I was training as a cook to become a chef when this pain in my right wrist began. It then kept becoming worse and I favored it so much that I began the same problem with my left wrist.Been to physo but it did not help. I eventually had to leave the profession. I wore braces from OT for 5 months and now am beginning to stregnthen the musceles again. The OT said it was tendonopothy? What is that? What I am wondering is whether it is realistic to return to the cooking field as it is constantly stressing the wrist?
