Wrist pain…………….

hi i was in an auto accident 14 months ago and hurt my wrist xrays were normal but bone scan and mri showed scaphoid and lunate contustions and some damage to the thumb tendon…anyway after six months they cast it..then i did 6 weeks of inotpheresis then in august did a cortisone shot into the tendon at the wrist..worked great until a week ago…..now in the morninging it is stiff and swollen and hurts to move…..it eases up when i move but now when iam still…..(watching a movie or driving as a passenger etc) it does the same thing……..any suggestions? does this sound like arthritis has set in?????? thankls
