Wrist/hand injury
Sine I went kickboxing last week, I’ve had an intermittent pain in my wrist near the bone on the outside (soz, don’t know what the actual bone name is).
Its a dull pain if I’m not moving it, but if I pick something up it’s a sharp shooting pain….
The thing that’s worrying me, is that the pain has also been across the back of my hand just below my knuckles.
I have worn a wrist support all week but it hasn’t got any better
Any suggestions on what I could have done?
