I sprained my shoulder some months ago. I rehabilitated it and after a while it was fine. I weight lift frequently. Now my one side were the sprain happened my shoulder is rolled forward and lat is sticking out on my back. It feels just my whole one side is being pulled forward. I do mobility and stretch work already but would like to know how to fix my shoulder and back so it’s not all rolled forward on just one side
