difference…

I don’t know whether or not I should go to the doctor, my foot hurts on top and I can’t walk on it for 3 days, it is bruised and swolen. I don’t know if this is something that will heal on its own or if I should go to the doctor.
Also if I don’t go to the doctor and it is a fracture what could happen? or if I had a fracture would I know it..would I be in so much pain I wouldnt be able to tolerate it? Can you tell me the difference between a fractured metatarsal and a bruise or pain on the top of a foot.

Heel Pain & white lumps

I have in latter years (I am now 32) felt pain in the backs of my legs and the heels of my feet. one day I happened to be standing in my bare feet and had put pressure on my heels. I noticed quite a number of white soft lumps appear underneath my skin on the heels of my feet. Are these dangerous? Should I get them looked at? What causes them?

partially ruptured anterior tibial tendon

About 6 weeks ago, I had an MRI due to pain in top of left foot.
I had been hiking on hills in addition to usual routine of jogging and some biking.
The MRI indicated partial rupture of the anterior tibial tendon.
I have been doing physical therapy, have gotten orthotics and have limited exercise to light biking, swimming and some walking.
My foot does not seem much better however.
When can I expect to heal and be able to run again and is there something else I could be doing to speed up the process?
