Painful bruised Toes

(2 discussions)

For a couple of months, I have had extreamly painful spots on the toes of my right foot. These areas start out looking like a raised soft area (sort of like a slightly deflated blister), after about a week of being painful under the slightest pressure, they darken like a bruise. After several weeks, one area will heal and another areas will arise. These areas are on the tip of my big toe and sides of others, towards the tip. Thank you!

You need to see your doctor for an evaluation. There are many causes this could be. Without seeing this I can not say anything for certain.

I realize that you can’t provide a difinitive diagnosis over the internet but I was hopping for a range of possibilities that might aid a self-diagnosis. I can’t afford to see a physician as I have no insurance and I’m currently unemployed. Assuming, you can supply possible indications, it may be useful for me to add that since this began, I have not been wearing any footware most of the time, so I dought it is related to footware.
