Tingling in Arm

Hi My name is Maureen and I am 35 years old. Recently I have experienced right arm pain it comes and goesmy lower arm feels funny and my hand feels like it’s asleep at times. I also experienced tingling in my right foot. Could a pinced nerve be the cause of this?Have you ever heard of this being related to aniexy??
