: Can you please suggest some ways to reduce the breast size. my age is 26 yrs. My fear is already they are big abd after marriage : if they increase further it will not be pleasant at all: Please help me out….

Breast tissue is solely fat tissue. If you are overweight losing weight would help in the reducation of your breast size. If you are slim the only other way would be surgery.

i am thin but my breasts are large and not proportionate to my body. I want to reduce the size of my breasts without surgery or any other harmfull effects, that is in a natural way. I also want to tighen them and bring them to a good shape. please suggest me as to how I can I do that without using any harmful chemical as well.
