Knee Miniscus Tear
I am scheduled for an arthroscopy..to see if I have a torn miniscus and then repair.. I am 47.how can you tell the difference between a torn miniscus and arthritis..will this procedure id arthritis if present..also what exercises are recommend for arthritis in joints..

i just got back from the va hosp for follow up after mri…torn miniscus…mine tho is not to bad as after initial pain {couldnt stand on leg} is back to normal…. Doc recomends leaving things as they are since I’m not in pain now but will probably need surgury within 5 yrs
