I recently began working out. One exercise involved passing a large rubber ball from my hands to my feet and back to my hands again, while lying down.
I felt a soreness or ‘tinge’ on my left/front side, under the rib cage while trying this exercise.
The same day I was trying to work my triceps with a rope pull down and again I felt a “tinge” in my left side/front with the “pull down”.
That evening I was awoken with a sudden sharp pain when I went to turn during the night. It was sore with certain movement (not necessarily front stomach muscle use). After a week of being relatively idle, I recently sneezed and felt a sudden “blip” or “roll” in the recently sore area… Now it is sore again… Is this muscular?… Should I pursue this with a doctor?… Or is it just a muscle pull that I need to rest?…Thanks…
