Numbness in foot
The other day I went to a spinnig class and 20 minutes into it my right foot went numb.I did stop and shook my foot and it was alright for another 10 minutes,because it happened again.My question is.Is it related to poor blood circulation?Or what other reasons do you find for this to ocurr?I find this phenomenon happening to me when i do work on machines that involves me having my foot still,like pedaling,cross-trainer…..any answers
