bad back posture

hello,i’m 17 years old and I have a bad back posture.My head slouches forward.My head,neck,shoulders and hips are not proportional to each other and gives me a curved spine.All my friends make fun of me. I have noticed this in my father too and may be inherited. But i’m sure there is a cure and I would like to know how I could achieve a normal back posture like everybody else PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.

i have the same problem m8 I recommend seeing your local doctor and please don’t be shy about it the docs are very freindy
