Elbow pain after blood draw

Elderly female with elbow pain after a traumatic blood draw. The pain has persisted for almost one year. There is no evidence or thrombosis. She does have evidence of synovial cyst on the bicep tendon. Do you use musculoskeletal sonography or MRI of the elbow? Would you evacuate the cyst and inject with steroids?

after a over nite stay in hospital lot of blood drawing I wounder why he insert the needle not in the vain but on the side away from the vain now it feels like a needle is sticking me inside my arm what could that be?
