How long….

I had yellow toenails and a white mark area on my big toenails manily because I wore nail polish on them too long. After a while I got fed up with it and I cut my toenails down so the marks would grow away and come back normal color. How long will it take for my toenails to fully grow back and is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Thanks.
