Ichy red spots on feet

Hi docI have these itchy rased red spots on my feet and a few on the palm of my hands. they fade a little and stop iching and then they come back out and itch real bad it even makes my feet a little sore. It itches like a bug bite. I’ve had these spot for about 9 months off and on. I have not been to a doctor yet I should go. Do you know what this might be.
