My childs left foot

I have a 4 year old boy who is pretty active . At his pre-school they had recently been noticing that his left foot turns out and he trips alot. They have alos noticed that when riding a bike he has trouble with pedaling! Alos if we are walking in the mall and he is holding my hand he still trips alot…Any suggestions as to what can be causing this and should he see his pediatrician and or a foot doctor…would love to hear your advice.Sincerely Peg Divalentino
