outside of feet hurting
Im on my feet all day and by the end of the day the outsides of both feet, directly across form the ball of the foot, is killing me. Especially when I get up in the morning.
My boots are old and the insoles may need changing but it happens with all my shoes.
Any suggestions?

The mechanics of the way your foot hits the ground is abnormal. Withoutexamining you I can’t really say much though. I suggest you see a podiatrist and have a biomechanical evaluation.
