SEVEN YEARS I FELL IN SNOWSTORM WITH MY LEFT FOOT AND LEG UNDER RIGHT BUTTOCKS.X RAYS WERE TAKEN REVEALING SPRAIN.AN AIRCAST WAS PUT ON BUT I COULD ONLY STAND IT FOR TWO DAYS, AFTERWHICH I TOOK IT OFF AND USED WALKER FOR A COUPLE WEEKS.OVER THT YEARS I HAD TO RESORT TO A CANE.CAN A SUPPORT HELP NOW?

  1. PROLOTHERAPY – I have written on this in a post many, many weaks ago.I suffered with sprained / weak ankles all my life….PROLOTHERAPY has basically healed my problems.Not sure what is happening for you; but for me…This treatment TOTALLY fixed my weak ankle problems

  2. A support might be helpful, but first I advise you have this examined by a podiatrist or orthopedist. A MRI might be indicated to see if anything else is going on inside the ankle.
