everytime i run, my shin splints come back.what can i do to prevent my shin splints from coming back everytime i run?

  1. If you are over your ideal body weight and just started running fairly recently, then your shins are bowing under the new pressure. If you’re overweight, then you will need to get down to or below your ideal body weight. If you are not overweight, look into a good padded insole or some better running shoes. You can also have a running expert analyze your running technique.Careful because shin splints can lead to stress fractures.
