I have a frozen shoulder and a tear in the soft tissue (cartilage not rotator cuff). My surgeon does not recommend therapy. Is this the ususal way to go or should I find another surgeon? Thanks, Byegonebooks
Is it heat or cold for the first hours/days when you tear the muscles in your shoulder?? I heard it rip as I grabbed a window sill to keep from falling! ugh ugh
