I stubbed my right pinkie toe, on our metal Treadmill, that we have in our Bedroom. Toes pretty banged up, and swelled up pretty badly. Now my whole foot is swollen, and I can move none of my toes too much. Been putting ice on it, toe is starting to tingle alot. There’s pain when it tingles, but no bruising. Not sure if its broken, but pretty sure its not, just banged up pretty bad. Question is: I exercise alot, should I still try exercising, or just try to take it easy for a while?? Any other suggestions, please feel free to let me know.
