I alway get a clicking sound around my knee caps when bending them. No pain yet unless I stand or jog too long. The pain comes after jogging or walking too much. The pain will often last a day or two. I’m hearing more clicking then ever. IS this due to lack of exercise? I’m 34 years old and experience this even at 27. But the constant clicking is bugs me.Kevin

What can I do about it. I’m 38 years old and experience this even before. I enjoy Hiking. Do I have to stop it. does a knee brace help. is walking and jogging not good. is it the beginning of degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee. please suggest me what to do. : jose
