Bio-Ped Foot Powder

Hi- I’ve had athlete’s foot for years, creams and lotions don’t seem to cure it, just control it. Bio-Ped foot powder really does work- one or two treatments and relief for months! BUT- I can’t find it anywhere anymore! Does someone have a source? The Internet links are dead, retailers don’t carry it. I remember it was made up of salicylic acid and boric acid- what strengths/proportions should I use to duplicate this? I seem to remember the literature saying it was developed to treat trench foot in WW1. Does anyone have any information on it or a similar product? Thanks!
