I think you are asking about a porokeratosis.We don’t really understand why these occur. They are quite painful and usually have a nerve attached underneath. Treatments can include, trimming the lesions, injection of cortisone serial injections to sclerose (kill or shrink) the nerve underneath and even surgery.
I went to a Podiatrist today who said I had clogged sweat glands. I thought they were planters warts. The look like a little white spot and callus around. He wants to cut them out> What do you think?
