ankle and elbow… few questions…
i rolled my ankle bad (sprain maybe broken, never got xrays) in early december and wore a brace for the first few weeks… I now have most of my range of motion, but very little side to side… still a great deal of discomfort there… is there a list of exercises I can do to get that flexibilty back? also, i’ve had a persistent tendon pain in my elbow… hurts to curl… anything for that?

i always roll my ankles and iam flat footed is that the reason why I roll on it all the time also will the ASO ankle supports help me
