Bunionette
Hi,
I started working at a clothing store and I have been on my feet a lot. I think I had developed the beginnings of a bunionette by my little toe. I bought many new sandals that are open and do not touch that area of my foot. Since then, I have experienced zero discomfort. Will the problem go away? I am scared to start wearing closed shoes again to work because I do not want it to begin bothering me again. Is sticking with open sandals when I am on my feet a lot a good solution?

That would depend on how good the sandals were and other factors, such as how long you wear them etc. As far as what probably is a Tailor's bunion, your shoes are probably aggravating it, so you might consider other closed in shoes with a more rounded toe box. If this does not work, you might see a podiatrist for further evaluation.
