ive had a fractured ankle last year, and I’ve done all the rehab and am still doing exercises.
but every time I walk on that ankle, it pops, it doesn’t hurt most of the time, but it is annoying and its loud so everybody around me is like, whats wrong with you.
i wanna know what the heck iz wrong and how can I help it out.
I first noticed my two large toe nails infected when I was maybe 20 yrs old.
To this day (10 yrs later) I still have the problem.
not only that but all of my toenails are infected.
I tried penlac and other things but to no avail.
What else can I do ?
I also have athlete’s foot.

I saw a orthopedic doctor for my shin about a month and a half ago. He stated that I bruised the lining of my bone and I needed to rest it for it to heal properly. I did what he told me to do but it is still hurting, do u have any advice for what else I could do to have it heal more quickly?

My orthopedic surgeon said that when he operated on my pelvis/hip, he saw my sciatic nerve, and it was damaged but not torn or ripped.
I have a drop foot and am very concerned about its healing.
What can I do to help this along, if anything?
Any treatments, vitamins, what would be helpful.
They said that it might take a year or longer to heal, but I have horrible pins/needles in the foot, and sometimes severe pain.
The numbness seems to be wearing off, as it was my entire calf and now it is just partly in my foot.
The pins and needles seem to also have moved “up” to 1/2 of my foot instead of the whole foot.
Does this mean it’s healing?
I haven’t been able to find anyone who could tell me what treatment I should be following to help this along…Please help!
Is it best when having the second surgery on your foot, because first did not heal it all the way, to use the artificial substance or the bone from the hip.

About 3 weeks ago I tore most of my big toemail away from the skin. Just the other day I finally cut the rest off because I was afraid it would catch and rip if I didn’t.
My question is, when it tore, part of the root came up with it and the only part of my toenail that I can see remains is just a slight strip on the side.
Can you tell me what the chances are that the toenail will regrow?
And if the chances aren’t good, is it possible to have an acrylic nail or some other sort of fake nail put on?
I would appreciate any advice.
I fractured my big toe in early August.
I had a large hematoma on the bottom and blood draining from the nail bed for 2 weeks.
My toe still has a purplish cast to it and swelling on the bottom.
I get nerve pain that tingles up the leg occasionally when walking.
How long till these symptoms go away?
How long does it take for a bone to heal 100% Is there anything I should be doing to speed up recovery?
